Major Traffic Headache in NW Rochester Starts Monday
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Public Works Department is advising motorists of another major traffic headache.
Work is scheduled to begin Monday on resurfacing 41st Street Northwest from Highway 52 to West Circle Drive. Motorists are being advised to avoid this area for the next several weeks, or plan for extra travel time while crews scrape up a layer of the existing road surface and then repave it. The project, which was awarded to Rochester Sand and Gravel, will include adding bike lanes in each direction.
