Making (And Eating) Tinn’s ‘Harvest Jam’ Sub

Harvest Jam 2016 is less than two weeks away (it's set for Saturday, September 10th) at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds, and in addition to some great live music (with Rodney Atkins), there's also some great food -- which I had a chance help make and sample.

The gang at the new Tinn's Subs, Wings and Beer location (at 2025 South Broadway) was nice enough to let me hang out one afternoon behind the counter and fire up the grill to help them make their special Harvest Jam sub. (The new Tinn's location on South Broadway is open limited hours from 3-9 p.m. until their grand opening this Thursday, Sept. 1st.)

Their Chipotle Philly will be one of the signature sandwiches Tinn's will be selling at this year's Harvest Jam. It's made with Steak, Onions, Mushrooms, Jalapenos, Tinn's Chipotle Mayo, Steak Seasoning, and Provolone Cheese. And, It's REALLY good -- even the one I helped make. Take a look...
