So you're hiking at Split Rock Lighthouse State Park on Minnesota's North Shore and you fall and injure your hip. Your injuries and the rugged terrain make it too tough to move you. So who comes to your rescue?

That'd be the Minnesota Aviation Air Rescue Team, or 'MART.' And the team -- equipped with a GoPro camera -- was called into action Tuesday facing that exact same situation, after local rescuers received a 911 call and realized they'd need assistance to move an injured woman to safety.

BringMeTheNews has more on the story, saying, "The Pioneer Press reports the rescue team – consisting of a State Patrol helicopter and three St. Paul firefighters – is the only one in Minnesota and responds to 15 to 20 calls for help per year. WCCO, which went along on a training run a few years ago, says Minnesota relied on other states for such rescues until MART was formed."

Check out the footage of their rescue below. (And I don't know about you, but dangling on a stretcher below a helicopter as it lifts you above the rocky terrain along the shore of Lake Superior seems pretty unsettling to me! The good news is, everything went according to plan, and the story says the 62-year-old woman was admitted to a Duluth hospital in stable condition with a dislocated hip.)
