With the headlining acts already lined up for this year's Minnesota State Fair, the fair has now announced the line-up of the hundreds of free concerts and shows that will also be a part of this year's Great Minnesota Get-Together.

This year's Grandstand Acts at the state fair include big names like Carrie Underwood, Alan Jackson, Meghan Trainor and others. Those, of course, aren't free. But at other stages at the fair, like the Leinie Lodge Bandshell, there's a ton of free entertainment-- and some well-known favorites, too. Terri Clark, Andy Grammer, Reel Big Fish, Lou Gramm and Gaelic Storm are all performing in that free venue at this year's fair.

There's more great live entertainment on the fair's International Bazaar Stage, too-- including acts like Davina and the Vagabonds, the Dirty Shorts Brass Band, The Good The Bad And The Funky, as well as others.

And, if music isn't your thing, BringMeTheNews.com reports that there are always the free shows in The North Woods, including:  "The All-Star Stunt Dogs Splash and Timberworks Lumberjack shows, check out the Flippenout Extreme Trampoline Show at Expo Place, or visit 3rd Lair SkatePark’s The X-Zone as professionals show off their skateboard and BMX bike skills, among dozens of other shows."

You can check the complete line-up of all the entertainment that'll be featured at this year's Great Minnesota Get-Together on the State Fair's website. Toss in a few pork chops on a stick, some cheese curds and cold beverage (or too), and you've got a great time!
