In these days of social media and do-it-yourself YouTube videos, just about any plea can go viral and ultimately be noticed by thousands of people. Say you're a group of elementary school teachers in Moorhead and you weren't able to get tickets to see Taylor Swift in Fargo this September. What do you do?
