That's right, just $69 will get you a flight from Minnesota to Florida on Allegiant Air. If that name sounds familiar, Allegiant used to fly out of Rochester International Airport, offering flights to Arizona from 2012 to 2014. They also offered flights from Rochester to Las Vegas from 2008 to 2010.

And while they don't serve RST any longer, Allegiant is still offering these cheap flights to Florida next winter. There are a couple of catches, though: You have to fly out of St. Cloud to just north of Fort Meyers, Florida. The lowest price of $69 is good only for a one-way ticket (so if you want to head back, you'll need two), and you have to book your flight by Thursday, June 22nd. (Yeah, that's tomorrow.)

This GO-MN story has more of the details...

"Those nonstop flights will be seasonal, running from Nov. 15 to at least April 1, a spokeswoman told the Star Tribune. There will be two flights a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. One-way tickets range from $69 to $339 – the most expensive ones are around the holidays."

If you can't wait to head down to the sunshine state-- after heading up to St. Cloud first-- you can check Allegiant Air's calendar for exact dates and prices here.
