It's been over 15 years in the making, but if you're a fan of cereal, there's some big news from Minnesota's own General Mills.

That's right, the company famous for creating some of the best-known cereal brands out there announced earlier this week they're introducing a new cereal, called Tiny Toast. But if you're looking for one of those super-sweet, sugar-laden cereals, you're out of luck.

According to the General Mills site, "Tiny Toast cereal is flavored with real fruit that you can enjoy in Tiny Toast-Strawberry or Blueberry. Each tiny piece is coated with real strawberries or blueberries. The first ingredient in the cereal is whole grain oats to bring you wholesome morning goodness."

The site also says the new cereal has no high-fructose corn syrup, no colors from artificial sources, and no artificial flavors. It's available at your local stores right now, and it sounds kind of good!  And, if you're like me (or like Jerry Seinfeld), you can make a bowl or two of cereal into an entire meal (and not just breakfast, either. Before I was married, I'd often eat a bowl of cereal or two and call it dinner!)

It's interesting to see a new cereal introduced, though, because earlier this year, I posted a story about an article that said Millennials sometimes view a bowl of cereal as "too much work." Really.
