One of my favorite Minnesota beers is Lift Bridge Brewing's Mini Donut Beer. It's only available at the Minnesota State Fair each year, but now there's a new way to enjoy it-- and you don't even need to like beer!

Seeing as we're just wrapping up American Craft Beer Week, here's a shoutout to one of my favorite Minnesota craft breweries: Lift Bridge Brewing in Stillwater. Like I said, among others beers, like Mango Blond and Hop Dish IPA, their Mini Donut Beer is an all-time favorite of mine.

But, like I also said, you can only get that beer during the Great Minnesota Get-Together. But, now there's a way to enjoy that same mini donut goodness-- but without the beer. (What?!?)

It's Liftbridge Brewing's new venture: craft sodas!  And Mini Donut Cream Soda is one of their first varieties from the new Lift Bridge Soda Company. According to this BringMeTheNews story, the new flavor that mimics the popular State Fair beer and debuted earlier this week at its brewery in Stillwater.

And, while you can get it on-tap at their taproom, the story says you'll also be able to find it at various stores, too, including "including Cub Foods and Lunds & Byerlys, as well as Holiday gas stations starting this summer," the story noted. (While those locations are no doubt in the Twin Cities, I'm hoping it'll find its way down here to Rochester, as well.)

It joins the already-popular Lift Bridge Root Beer, which has already been available. I'm excited to try the Mini Donut Cream Soda, and if it means heading up to the taproom in Stillwater, I'll go start the car right now!
