My dog, Chance, in addition to predicting with uncanny accuracy how the Vikings will do each week, is also a guy who enjoys celebrating the holidays. He's been known to wear a pair of Christmas reindeer antlers or a holiday scarf, as well as a New Year's Eve bow tie. And with Halloween on Friday, Chance has already gotten into the spirit of dressing up by wearing his Vikings helmet, complete with horns and braided hair. But now, he's got another way to celebrate the season.

Chance is now also sporting a festive Halloween tattoo!  That's right, my dog has a tattoo.  As you can see, it's a lovely orange jack-o-lantern, right there on a black spot on his left side.  He got this 'ink' when he made a visit to the groomers for his monthly nail trim on Thursday.  It's a temporary spray-on 'tattoo' that is non-toxic, and will gradually wear off, probably within a week, according to the groomers.

While I'm not sure he's seen his latest holiday get-up, given that it's on a black spot on his left hind-end, but he did seem to be walking a little more swagger when he got home...
