New Cocktail Recipes – Happy Friday!

'Tis the season.  The Minnesota State Fair is in full swing, so it's only a matter of time before people start coming up with their own deep fried recipes.  The recipe website "Oh Bite It!" wins my vote for the best.  Maybe because it's Friday and I'm looking forward to tequila this weekend!  Here's the recipe for deep fried tequila shots - you're welcome!

1. Make an angel food cake.

2. Cut it up into small bites.

3. Soak each cake piece in tequila.

4. Deep-fry the pieces in oil until they are golden brown.

5. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
