I love to watch the Vikings games. It seems like the extra point after a touchdown is always a 'gimme'. That could change as all but 2 of the NFL teams voted to change the extra point rule.

According to ESPN, the new rule will have the extra point be kicked from the 15-yard-line, while a two-point conversion will still be attempted from the 2-yard-line.

Also, the play becomes live, which means the defense can return a blocked kick or a turnover on a two-point play for two points. The rule will be in place for a year and will be re-evaluated.

How do you think the new rules will affect the game? - Alan
