Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police officers rushed to a northside convenience store early Wednesday after the business activated its holdup alarm.

Officers surrounded the 37th St NW Holiday store but did not see any activity indicating a robbery in progress. An employee told the officers the alarm was sounded at the request of a woman who was in an intense argument with a man.

The officers talked to 31-year-old Anthony Sharp and 38-year-old Jeanette Arachikavitz. The two were arrested after they were found to be in possession of a gun without a permit. The woman also had some meth in her purse.
