Odd Signs I’ve Seen

Thanks to the advent of our smart phones that contain cameras on them, I'm always snapping a quick picture of various unique or odd signs I run across. Like this one I saw this morning...

Yes, that's right: "Poop is not fertilizer..." That's a new one. I always thought that's pretty much ALL fertilizer was. Turns out, you learn something new everyday. (Although, in fairness, because I saw this sign at a pet food store when I was taking our dog, Chance, to get his nails trimmed earlier today, I'm guessing they mean PET poo isn't fertilizer for your plants and lawn.)

Speaking of poo, here's a quirky little sign I ran into back in Chippewa County, Wisconsin.

In Wisconsin, county roads are identified by letters, not numbers, as they are here in Minnesota. So, I was stopped at the intersection of county highway P and county highway OO ('Double-Oh' in Wisconsin-speak) and happened to take picture of the somewhat unique sign placement. And, yes, because I'm 10 years old, apparently, all I could see was 'Stop POO'.
