Rochester experienced one of its coldest Novembers on record last month. Information from the National Weather Service indicates the average monthly temperature of 24.7 degrees tied as the 5th coldest November on record.

The average daily temperature was below normal on 22 days of the month, including a streak that began on the 10th and ran through the 21st.  During that stretch of cold days, the mercury fell below freezing on November 10th and stayed there until the 21st.

The city also picked up 9.2 inches of snow, which is about 3 inches above normal for the month of November.
