Only In Wisconsin- Worst DUI Excuse Ever

This can only happen in Wisconsin. A jury in Wisconsin convicted 76 year old John Pryzbyla for his 10th drunk driving arrest. Pryzbyla told deputies that the reason 'he smelled like alcohol,' was that he just left a fish fry that served BEER BATTERED FISH!

A breath test showed he had a blood alcohol of .06, which is below the legal limit of .08. The legal limit for Wisconsin residents who've had 3 or more DUI's is just .02.
He's now facing 12 years in prison.
