‘Pets In The Park’ This Saturday In Stewartville

If you're a big animal lover and are looking to get out an enjoy some time with your pet this fall-- while raising money for a pet-friendly cause at the same time-- then you'll want to head out to Florence Park Stewartville this Saturday, October 11th, for 'Pets In The Park' 2014!

The Stewartville Area Chamber of Commerce is putting on the event, which runs from 9am to 3pm Saturday. It features food vendors, craft vendors, pet supplies vendors, demonstrations, therapy dogs, adoptions, hamster races, costume contest, pet look-alike contest, pet photos, and much more.

There's also a pet costume contest, hamster/gerbil races, minnow races, and other games.

Plus, there also the 1-mile pet walk; registration runs from 9am-10am, with the walk beginning at 10am.
