The Colts upset the second-seeded Denver Broncos yesterday, ending quarterback Peyton Manning's quest for a second Super Bowl ring. While the loss must sting, perhaps Peyton can find some solace holed up this off season in his nearly $5 million dollar mansion in the Denver suburbs. Have you seen his house?

According to a story from the Denver City Page, Manning's mansion was built 10 years ago, and was originally listed for $5.7 million.

It features 16,464 square feet (that's about 8 times as large as my house) with seven bedrooms, seven full and three partial bathrooms.  The three-level home sits on 3.4 acres of land, and even comes with its own elevator and wine cellar.

You can take a tour of Manning's incredible mansion HERE.

While it's quite the home, it's "only" listed at $4.5 million. And while Peyton has certainly made many millions of dollars over his career, it always seems to me like sports stars live a little closer to the way the rest of us peons do, not quite as ostentatious as some of those Hollywood celebrities out in California. That's why, when it comes to Peyton's mansion,  I say it's "only" $4.5 million, because I'm guessing many of today's movie, music and TV stars no doubt live in much higher-priced mansions that make this mansion look like a cabin at the lake.

Either way, though, it's a small glimpse into how the other half lives. Must be nice, huh?
