Plainview Woman Admits to Sam’s Club Theft
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A former supervisor at Rochester’s Sam’s Club was caught loading gift cards and using them for her personal use. By the time she was caught, the total had reached $15,000.
The court record shows the activity took place during a four month period, Sept - Dec last year before a security worker discovered the theft.
A felony theft charge was later filed against 39-year-old Maria Delgado of Plainview, who pleaded guilty in September.
She was sentenced Tuesday in Olmsted County Court and ordered to pay $15,000 restitution to the business. She has also been placed on probation for up to 10 years.
