Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - A public informational meeting is scheduled for Thursday evening dealing with a traffic operations study of West Circle Drive in northwest Rochester.

The study is focusing on a section of West Circle Drive between Highway 14 on the north and Country Club Road on the south.

The study was commissioned by the Olmsted County Public Works Department, which is responsible for West Circle Drive.

Among the options the department has been considering is the addition of a traffic control light  at the 3rd Street intersection. It is also considering building a pedestrian bridge over West Circle Drive at the same site.  

The meeting will be held at the Rochester Athletic Club from 6:30 - 8 p.m.  A presentation of the study will be given at 6:45 p.m.
