Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was arrested Thursday as a suspect in a stolen vehicle incident - just a few days after he was released from custody after being charged in a similar case.

A police officer spotted 31-year-old Mark Harman driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen by a Rochester woman. She called 911 around 6:45 AM Wednesday after seeing someone drive off with her vehicle that was warming up outside her home in the 1300 block of 7th Ave SE.

The vehicle was spotted by the officer around 8:00 PM Thursday and he was able to identify the driver as Harman before he drove away at a high rate of speed. Harman was later located and arrested.

Harman is also facing car theft charges in Winona County. He was arrested in Elba in October after he was found with two vehicles that had been stolen from Rochester.
