Rochester Man sentenced for Sex Abuse at Daycare
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A 20-year-old Rochester man has been sentenced to a year in jail and 30 years on probation for sexually abusing one of the children at a home-based daycare business operated by his mother.
Joshua Craig was also given a stayed 12-year prison sentence that could be imposed if he violates the terms of his probation. He earlier pleaded guilty to a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.
The young victim told investigators about two incidents of sexual contact with the then teenager in 2011 when the victim was in the first grade.
