Rochester Ranked #2 in America to Live

Rochester has been ranked the #2 city to live in America, by the website livability.com. We were ranked 7th last year. More than 2000 cities were evaluated on more than 40 data points. Madison, Wisconsin was ranked #1. (I think they bribed the judges with free beer, brats and cheese. Maybe we offered a free 'turn your head and cough' physical...I dunno). YAY Rochester! -Alan
