Rochester Salvation Army Needs Your Help

Do you have some extra time on your hands? Would you like to help others? The Rochester Salvation Army is looking for volunteers to help with various programs. Did you know they have 33 programs they help others with?

The Rochester Salvation Army relies on generous volunteers in order to do the most good with the resources they have, so they truly could not do it without your helping hands.
As we approach National Volunteer Week, they want to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the service you provide to our community, and also extend a few needs they have and areas you can get involved:

Food Shelf Delivery Stock person
What: Volunteers stock the delivery into the freezer, fridge and shelves
When: Monday mornings from 7:15-9:30 a.m

Dental Clinic Administrative Assistant
What: Confirming patient's appointments, updating last minute changes to patient charts, reformatting dental forms, reporting statistics
When: Tuesday and/or Thursday afternoons

Dental Clinic Receptionist
What: Check in patients, assist in filling out forms, find charts, assembled new charts, make copies, answer phone, and fill in where needed
When: 2 Fridays per month, either 8:30-11:45 a.m. or 1:00-4:00 p.m.
