Sure, we've all heard of Happy Hour, right? But what about an Angry Hour? Well, there's one that set to happen later Monday right in downtown Rochester.

Rochester's first 'Angry Hour' is all part of a new event designed to take the sting out of your Mondays. It runs from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the Peace Plaza downtown and is sponsored by the Rochester Downtown Alliance.

Today's 'Angry Hour' also includes things to do for the whole family-- even if the forecast isn't the best. Seeing as school in Rochester starts a week from today (how is that even possible-- where did the summer go?!?) this might be something you and the kids want to check out. It also is set to feature an appearance by several drum lines and brass ensembles too.

The Rochester Downtown Alliance sight describes today's Angry Hour like this:

Rochester's first Angry Hour kicks off with an epic drumline performance and lawn games designed to blow off some steam. Dance it out with Zumba on the Plaza and work up an appetite for some of our greatest northern BBQ. As the sun sets, Rochester's own Loud Mouth Brass will take this Monday to the mat with a fire dancer finale.
