Rochester's own Andrew 'Roo' Yori -- known, of course, as the 'K9 Ninja' -- is set to make an appearance on the season finale of NBC's 'American Ninja Warrior' either tonight... or next week.

We found out back in July that Roo crushed the Indianapolis City Finals and, at the last moment, secured a spot in the American Ninja Warrior finals in Las Vegas. And, seeing as part one of this season's finale airs tonight on NBC, we could see the K9 Ninja back in action, trying to conquer Mount Midoriyama.

The thing is, however, seeing as the finale airs over the course of two weeks, we might not see the K9 Ninja until next Monday. And, even HE doesn't know when his run will air. When Roo talked to us about a month ago, he said how the entire season of ANW was taped earlier this year.

So, he already knows how his run went, but thanks to a non-disclosure agreement all competitors appearing on ANW have to sign, he can't say what happens until the show airs. And in a post on his K9 Ninja Facebook page, Roo said, "I don't know if I'll be on this week or next week, but tune in to watch us crush some obstacles!"

Whether it's this week or next, however, I'll still be watching and rooting for Rochester's own K9 Ninja. He's accomplished a TON in only his first season on the show! And, of course, his tireless work in advocating for homeless dogs, is awesome. Good luck, Roo!

Ever wonder what it's like to be on American Ninja Warrior? Check out what the K9 Ninja told us when he joined us in the Quick Country studios earlier this summer!
