This isn't a rumor, it's a very weird story! Brazilian police were looking for Ryan in Olympic Village in Rio, but it turns out - the swim team had already made their way back to the US. They were looking because they want to question him, and haven't had the chance to yet.

Ryan and fellow swimmer James Feigen were held at gunpoint on Sunday in Rio, and police were following up to get more information. CNN explains that Olympic Comittee spokesman Patrick Sandusky said, "The swim team moved out of the village after their competition ended, so we were not able to make the athletes available. We'll continue to cooperate with Brazilian authorities."

They are still uncovering more information about what exactly happened, but Lochte's lawyer said they would've stayed if they were told to. According to him, Brazilian police haven't gone directly to them for this information.

Stay tuned for more info as it comes! For now, it looks like Ryan and James are safe.
