After an absolutely perfect weather day for Harvest Jam last year, could we possible luck out in the weather department again this year?

I don't want to jinx it, but it appears that we will-- the forecast for southeast Minnesota looks absolutely amazing for Saturday!

So far this week has been kind of soggy, with scattered showers taking place on and off throughout our region. There have also been some isolated areas of heavy rainfall amounts, too, so I was beginning to get a little nervous about the outlook for Saturday.

But, as it turns out, it's looking pretty good. While there's still a chance of scattered thunderstorms on Friday, check out Saturday's forecast: According to the Weather Underground app, Saturday will feature "sunshine and clouds mixed" with a high of 68.

Similarly, Saturday's forecast on the Weather Bug app is also looking good for Harvest Jam, set for a 3 p.m. start at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds. It says, "Mostly sunny" with a high again of 68.

Even the National Weather Service forecast looks great, echoing the Weather Underground forecast, calling for "Sunshine and clouds mixed" with a high again near 68.

And, the evening forecast for all three is calling for clear skies with temperatures in the low 50's.

Could it get any better than that?!? I'll take it!
