Valentines Day is right around the corner, so there are stories galore out there giving you ideas and such. The latest survey I found gives date ideas. The most romantic AND least romantic thing you can do with your date. I don't agree with the least. See if you do.

The survey found that the most romantic activities for couples are going on a picnic and taking a walk. Well, unfortunately we live in a frozen tundra, and this weekend is supposed to be super nasty cold, so those things would definitely NOT top my list. Although, I did find this PHENOMENAL idea of having a picnic in your living room, ESP if you have a fireplace. IF you do have a fireplace, use dry orange peels as kindling to give the house a nice scent!

Now, the least romantic things you can do are play video games OR go to a sporting event. Playing video games, I get. Unless you end up at an arcade, because a little friendly competition is always fun! BUT, the sporting event, I def disagree with. One of the best dates I ever had with my man was when he took me to a T-wolves game.

We had literally JUST started dating. The night before the game, I was up doing all the usual pre-date things including waxing my own eyebrows. Now, silly me, I made the wax a tad too hot, and ended up burning my face. Not just a small little burn, but like a good inch of dark reddish-purple, dang near blistering kind of burn. I was so incredibly embarrassed, I called him and tried backing out of the date! He was not interested in canceling (lol). SO, he decided to go buy me a Timberwolves baseball cap during his lunch break so I could confidently hide my face. That was the day I knew he was the one for me!

When you meet the right person, I feel pretty much any style of date can be romantic! It's all in the way that you act leading up to and during the date! GOOD LUCK! To read more about the survey, click here.
