4. Nash Grier- The 17-year-old has more than 11 million followers on Vine, which is the most of any user. His videos have been viewed more than two billion times. Grier has appeared on “Good Morning America” and has deals with Sonic and Virgin Mobile.

3. The Jester- The anonymous group attacks cyberwarriors and hacktivists. The Jester targets terrorist and hate groups and has taken down 180 websites including some associated with ISIS. Even though the actions are illegal, the group has never been prosecuted.

2. Taylor Swift- The singer has millions of followers but how she interacts with them sets her apart. She has commented on an Instagram photo of a user who was bullied and made a breakup playlist for a fan on Tumblr. She has also hosted several listening parties for her latest album “1989.”

1. Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg (AKA PewDiePie)- The Swedish gamer has 35 million subscribers and almost 8 billion views. His videos feature him playing video games while giving commentary. He has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charities like "Save the Children."
