Quarry Hill Park is easily one of my favorite spots in town when it comes to either jogging or hiking. It’s still extremely frustrating that it was heavily vandalized last week, but that’s not stopping the park from hosting the Quarry Hill Park Fall Festival this weekend.

It’s coming at a great time, since this weekend’s weather is looking pretty good – sunny in the lower-to-mid 70s.

So if you’re looking to get outside this weekend, this festival looks like a great option. It’ll feature different events like rock climbing, cave tours, and a bunch of games. It’s free for the whole family, but you’ll have to buy tickets for some of the events. All proceeds are going towards the Friends of Quarry Hill Nature Center, which is a great cause if you want to support one of Rochester’s best parks.

The Quarry Hill Park Fall Festival runs Saturday and Sunday from 11AM to 5PM. Maybe I’ll see you there!
