Yep! You read that headline correctly! Thomas Rhett is a talented guy, but when he needed some assistance during the mythical "third verse" of "Friends in Low Places,"  in Iowa, he recruited the best man suited for the job. That man was none other than Ashton Kutcher!

The moment you hear Ashton yell, "do the Hawkeyes have my back on this one!?" the crowd goes nuts! He's a hometown guy, and I wasn't surprised to hear that he helped Thomas Rhett bring down Kinnick Stadium during Back Porch Revival.

The Des Moines register explains, "The celebrity and co-founder of the Native Fund, a nonprofit benefiting Iowans in need, and the fundraising purpose for Saturday's Kinnick show, obliged, greeting his home state crowd to jovial cheers."

Iowans will be happy to know that a round of "let's go hawks!" echoed the stadium immediately following this event. My only question is, how did Thomas get in touch with Ashton!? Who knew they were even friends? I hope they pair up on some more tunes or events soon!
