Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and three more entertainers with country music connections have been added to he massive Hand in Hand benefit concert benefiting hurricane victims.

Connie Britton (Rayna James from Nashville), Keith Urban's wife Nicole Kidman and Blake Shelton's girlfriend Gwen Stefani will also join Tuesday night's all-network broadcast. Shelton is hosting the Nashville portion of the event, which will air live from the Grand Ole Opry, Universal Studios in California and Times Square in New York City. It's not explicitly clear if McGraw and Hill will perform. The one-hour broadcast is packed with entertainers from music, television, movies and more.

Separately, a George Strait concert in San Antonio, Texas will be part of the broadcast. Chris Stapleton and Miranda Lambert are among those joining the King for that event. Dustin Lynch's Sept. 12 concert in Dallas is not a part of the Hand in Hand telecast, although it is a benefit concert for Hurricane Harvey relief.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, the concert has been expanded to include relief for Florida and the Atlantic islands hit over the weekend. No fewer than seven charities will benefit from funds received, including the United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Feeding Texas and Comic Relief USA. Phone and text lines will be announced at the beginning of the broadcast, available on at 8PM ET, and then again at 8PM PT, on CMT, ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC. The event will also be streamed internationally on Facebook and Twitter.
