Country power couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill performed their new duet "The Rest of Our Life" during the 51st annual Country Music Association Awards ceremony at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday night (Nov. 8).

The song is the title track of the couple's collaborative new album, scheduled for release on Nov. 17. Their performance certainly whetted fans' appetite to hear the record; the duo were rock solid, as always, and brought the song's tender lyrics to life.

McGraw sported a bowtie, dapper suit and cowboy hat while Hill was a knockout in a flowing red dress. Throughout the song, the couple gazed into each other's eyes, and the fact they've been married for 21 years made their adoration that much sweeter.

McGraw and Hill debuted "The Rest of Our Life" back in October; it's the second single from the duo's forthcoming album of duets. Written by Ed Sheeran, Amy Wadge, Steve Mac and Johnny McDaid, the song tells the story of a couple that's thinking about their future marriage. At present, it sits just inside the Top 40 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

McGraw and Hill were nominated for Musical Event of the Year at the 2017 CMA Awards, a category that honors the year's best country collaborations. In that category, they faced competition from, among others, Kenny Chesney's duet with Pink, as well as the category-winning Glen Campbell / Willie Nelson collaboration "Funny How Time Slips Away."

In 2018, McGraw and Hill will head back on the road for the rest of their Soul2Soul Tour. The newly announced leg of the tour, which includes more than two dozen new dates, is set to begin on May 31 in Richmond, Va.
