Tips To Protect Your Kids in Large Crowds

The RochesterFest parade is tonight, Thursdays on First is becoming more and more popular by the day, and the State Fair is right around the corner. If you have small children, I have some brilliant tips from Police to protect your little ones. 

Summer is in full swing, and many of us will visit festivals, fairs, zoos and so much more throughout the next few months. Even though we want to believe losing our kids would never happen to us, it happens to even the best of us. There's no harm in being prepared for the worst.
