Today Is National Cheese Doodle Day

Today is "National Cheese Doodle Day". So, what exactly is a cheese doodle? I really like the Cheetos Cheese puffs or the crunchy ones, but their like their name says, puffy or crunchy. It doesn't say 'doodle'. Is it the same? Am I missing something? -Alan
