Today Is National Empanada Day

Today is National Empanada Day, Zoo Lovers Day, National Dog Fighting Awareness Day and International Feng Shui Awareness Day.

I had no idea what an empananda was antil I looked it up. Then I thought, "Hey, that looks like a pot sticker or a meat pie". Who knew? HA! Is there a good place in Rochester to get an empanada? They come in chicken or beef flavors. Just wondering. -Alan
