Today Is National Fishing Day

Today is national 'Go Fishing Day'. When was the last time you went fishing? Do you remember how excited you'd get when you saw the bobber go down in the water when you had a bite? Or even to help a young child bait a hook? Great times.

Minnesota is the land of 10,000 lakes, but in actuality, there are over 13,000, which means there are a lot of places to fish. What's the biggest fish you've ever caught? We caught a 52 lb. King salmon and a 112 lb. halibut when we were in SE Alaska years ago.
