Today Is National Waffle Day

Today is Waffle Day and National Lobster Newburg Day. As a kid, I ate a lot of wafffles. It was always hard to spread the butter, but I managed. And I always had to fill the 'waffle-holes' with syrup. Did you do the same?

I even get excited when we stay at a hotel and they have the free waffle machine you pour the batter into. Do you have one of those machines at home? You're super cool-a-roonie if you do and yes, I will accept your invite to hot, fresh waffles at your house. - Alan
