Today is national 'Waitstaff Day'. A lot of waiters and waitresses don't get the respect they deserve. When you think about it, it's a tough job that requires some physical activity. Have you ever seen a waiter bring out their tray that has about 5-6 meals on it? That bad boy is heavy. And you have to keep it level. Plus dealing with needy customers? And bad tippers? I always tip around 20%-50%.

And a good waitress or waiter will have me coming back again and again, so to all the waitstaff, we say, "Thanks and great job". Who's your favorite? - Alan
