Ever have one of those days? The Minnesota Twins have been having one of those seasons. And that's putting it mildly. Which might explain why their third baseman took out some frustrations on his bat recently.

Miguel Sano has been struggling this year, first in the outfield, and now back at his native position at third base. But he's been struggling at the plate, too. In fact, he struck out three separate times in the Twins' 9-7 loss to the Atlanta Braves Wednesday night.

So, after striking out the last time, check out what his does do his bat! Sheesh. I realize Major League baseball bats are lighter and thinner these days, but he snapped that thing like it was a twig that had blown off the maple tree in our front yard.

If only he could channel some of that power into HITTING the ball-- he might just knock one right out of Target Field. Take a look...
