One of the many cool things about being able to take part in the Twins Radio Network Fantasy Camp earlier this week was getting to chat with former Twins pitcher, Jack Morris.

While Morris was only with the Twins for one season, back in 1991, he sure made the most of it-- he was the starting pitcher during that memorable 7th game of the World Series, which the Twins ultimately ended up winning, back in the Metrodome in October of that year.

Morris is a St. Paul native and these days works for the Fox Sports-North broadcast team covering the Twins. He's a really colorful character, and given the success he had in the Major Leagues (he pitched a no-hitter in 1984, was a five-time All-Star and also was on World Series-winning teams in both Detroit and Toronto in addition to the Twins), it was pretty interesting to hear him talk about his experiences in the big leagues.

We gathered in the Twins' bullpen at Target Field Tuesday morning, and someone in our group asked Morris what it was like when he took the mound for the first time and faced his very first batter. Check it out...
