It's been 3 weeks since the 25 year old Rochester nurse fell from a cliff in Arizona. She has been recovering at a Utah hospital until yesterday, when she was finally sent home.

According to her GoFundMe page, she won't be allowed to walk, bend, lift, twist for 9-10 weeks, BUT she's very thankful to be heading home.

Amber was in Utah volunteering at the Best Friends Animal Society. She was out on a solo hike Friday, May 20th when she fell nearly 100 feet. “She fractured her back in three places, crushed her pelvis, broke her nose, and sustained multiple other injuries. After lying in the open for more than 24 hours without food, water, or cell service she was rescued from a cliff Saturday night and evacuated to Intermountain Healthcare in St George, UT.”

Here's her amazing and emotional interview with WCCO, where she talks about what was going through her head as she lay there waiting to be rescued.
