Val’s Pittsburgh Weekend In 5 Pictures – [PHOTOS]

We ate too much, my calves are still sore, and I've got to stop cursing before my show today.

Ladies and gentlemen, all of those previously mentioned items are the product of spending any amount of time in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - my hometown.

You glanced at the photo beside this paragraph, right? Before you ask - yes, it really is that overcast there most of the time. The clouds often get trapped in Pittsburgh's numerous hills and valleys.

You see, I was part of one of my best friend's wedding. Her name is Ashley and we've known each other since elementary school! She totally rocked an "Alice In Wonderland" theme and we had the BEST time! Our bridesmaid's dresses were ice blue and our heels were black. The bride TOTALLY looked like a princess!

On Thursday, I had lunch with my Dad and we had a bachelorette party at Paint Monkey. Friday was rehearsal day, and Saturday was the big day! On Sunday (and yesterday) we filled the remainder of our time with family.

We also stuffed ourselves with so much food that I'm still digesting it today. Oh no, it wasn't just the wedding that we indulged during - whenever you visit family (especially in Pittsburgh), it's impossible for them to let you go hungry. So, there were quite a few meals out too.
