Just What Does This Sign Mean? – [Video]

You've probably seen this sign around town in Rochester recently. And if you're like me, you don't know what it means. Which is why I set out to find out, and clear up the mystery.

I've seen the sign at various places around Rochester in the past month or so. (Heck, I've even seen it on the Quick Country 96.5 Facebook page...) The two hands are clearly making a two-five sign, right? Or is it peace-five? Who knows?!? Which is why I set out to try to get some answers. I do know THIS much: It has something to do with the Med City.
