Vikings Antone Exum Jr. Tackles Raiders Fan On Field

Sunday was a pretty good day for the Vikings-- they won on the road, beating the Raiders, and also took over first place in the NFC North. And, Vikings safety Antone Exum Jr. made nice stop when a fan ran out onto the field, too.

If you were watching closely during the fourth quarter of Sunday's match out in California, you'll have no doubt already seen the tackle Exum made on this moron fan who jumped the stands and was attempting to run across the field. Although, after watching the video, Exum seems to stop short a bit and not completely level this moronic fan. Exum, probably wisely, perhaps didn't want to incur some sort of lawsuit filed by this moron later on.

I'm a little surprised that Fox showed the fan running on the field-- and Exum's subsequent tackle of him-- during the telecast. Most networks have avoided showing any fan who runs onto the field, so as not to give them any extra attention which could possibly encourage other fans to exhibit the same behavior.

Too bad this tackle won't show up in the Vikings' official stats...
