I eat almonds all the time. I have to have to lightly salted, toasted almonds. The non-salted, non-toasted almonds don't quite cut it for me. Not that I'm an almond snob, but they just taste better. And they're good for you!

Eating a handful of almonds a day can help you lose your belly fat.... and have toned legs.

Researchers looked at the diets of 52 overweight, middle-aged adults with high-cholesterol over 12-weeks.

They found those who ate 1.5 ounces of almonds a day significantly reduced belly fat, waist circumference and leg fat.

Almonds were also found to lower cholesterol which lowered the risk of heart disease.
