There are a couple of sure signs of spring here in Minnesota: The Twins are playing baseball again at Target Field, it has finally stopped snowing (maybe), and Fish Fest is returning to Scheels!

That's right, Scheels Fish Fest is back, so whether you’re an experienced angler or just learning to bait a hook, you'll find something for the whole family at Scheels Fish Fest. It's coming up Saturday, May 7th, from 9:30 to 5 p.m. in the Scheels parking lot at Apache Mall in Rochester.

There will be seminars by fishing expert, Brett King, where you can learn the latest techniques to catch more fish from one of the best in the business. Seminar fee is $20 and every participant will receive a $10 Scheels gift card. Register at the Scheels Customer Service Counter or call 507-281-2444 to register over the phone. Everyone that attends a seminar will be entered into a drawing to win a guided fishing trip by Brett King, valued at over $600!

Other seminars include 'Mississippi River Walleye Tactics Though Seasonal Change' at 10 a.m. and 'Finding Walleyes: How to Dissect New Bodies of Water' at 2 p.m.
