It's finally here. Opening Day of the 2015 Major League baseball season. The time of year when hope springs eternal, because today, every team is still in the pennant race and is at the top of the standings-- including our own Minnesota Twins!

The Twins are opening up this season on the road, first in Detroit and then in Chicago before heading back to Target Field for the home opener next Monday. And with new manager Paul Molitor running the show, there's a renewed sense of optimism that maybe, just maybe, this will be our year. (Well, not according to some national sportswriters, but whatever.)

I've always enjoyed the baseball season, and the traditions that go with it. And while we won't hear a version of "We're Going To Win, Twins" until next the Twins head home next Monday, here's a little reminder of what the classic version sounds like-- just to get us all in the mood. Now, buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jacks-- I don't care if I never get back!
