West Concord Man Facing Three Sex Cases
A West Concord man is facing three criminal sexual conduct cases in Olmsted County - two involving juvenile girls and another involving his ex-wife.
Court documents indicate 33 year old Mark Ott and his wife separated in August 2011. He is accused of forcing the woman to have sex with him against her will on three occasions - in September, October and December that same year. The woman says during one of the incidents, Ott told her there was nothing she could do “ because we are still legally married. “
The other two cases involve girls who told police investigators Ott had sexual contact with them when they were under the age of 13. Those reported incidents took place between 2011 and 2014.
