Yesterday, I found out what the most Instagrammed places in Minnesota were. But what about Rochester?

In case you missed it, I found a survey that crunched the numbers to find the Most Instagrammed places in all 50 states. For most states, outside of the states without those well-known landmarks (like the Rocky Mountains in Colorado or the Grand Canyon in Arizona), sports stadiums topped the list.

Here in Minnesota, though, the Mall of America topped the list-- quickly followed by U.S. Bank Stadium, the Xcel Energy Center, and Target Field. (Lake Minnetonka was fifth on the list.)

But while USA Today compiled the list by state, I'm wondering about right here in the Med City. What would be the Most Instagrammed places in Rochester?

I did a quick online search, but didn't come up with any previous studies that had looked into our fair city. Off the top of my head, though, I'd think that the world-famous Mayo Clinic would have to be one of the most Instagrammed places-- perhaps the top of the historic Plummer Building, or maybe the Mayo Clinic sign on the Gonda Building.

Of course, there's also the famous Kahler Grand hotel sign downtown. Or Silver Lake Park. Or the Chateau Theatre marquee. And, we can't forget the Ear of Corn Water Tower, either, can we? They're all famous Rochester landmarks.

But are they the Most Instagrammed Places in Rochester? What do you think?
